The Strange Tree event allows the player to sacrifice some health for a random level bramball. If the player has the Gardener's Gloves, they do not take any damage.

- In the woods, you find a clearing with a strange tree directly in the center. There is a nook in the trunk with brambles twisting wildly out of it.
Reach into the nook (without Gardener's Gloves)(-10 HP)
- You reach into the nook, which has been overgrown with rampant brambles! You suffer minor scratches, and a Bramball ([Random level]) is stuck to your hand when you pull it back. Hopefully it will come in handy.

- You reach into the nook, which has been overgrown with rampant brambles! Your Gardener's Gloves keep your little hands safe, and you claim a Bramball ([Random Lv]) from the nook.
Shake the tree
- You shake the tree with all your might, and from somewhere high in the boughs an egg shakes loose! You are able to save it by catching it in your satchel.
