Concentrication is an orb that deals medium damage, but can only hit refresh, critical, and bomb pegs. It pierces through normal pegs, but still activates them when passing through.

- Concentrication is a great damage dealer, especially in Forest since it has amazing matchups vs Slime Boss and Avogadro.
- Orbs that pierce pegs are not slowed down by the red slimy pegs so it's possible to get very high damage shots.
- Concentrication is a solid alternative to refresh solutions like Refreshircle. While Concentrication doesn't refresh the board on its own, it can very easily hit Refresh Pegs that might otherwise be difficult to reach.
- Being a targeted orb, this has some benefits and downsides
- Alien's Rock has amazing synergy with this orb - it adds some multi-targeting to it, which is great with its high base damage. With some good aiming, you can easily defeat multiple Knights and Shield Knights with a single shot.
- It is not affected by Overflow or Pierce, and therefore Overwhammer, Prime Rod of Frost, and other piercing relics do not affect this orb.
- Unicorn Horn, while not adding any stats directly, can lead for much better shot aiming. This is notable for Concentrication as Unicorn Horn's aim assisting ends up lasting longer. This is due to pierced pegs not counting as a bounce for the relic.
- Adding more Refresh Pegs, such as from PegBag and Fresh Bandana, can lead for longer shots. Not only does refreshing bring back more pegs to hit, but Concentrication is able to bounce off of the Refresh Pegs.
- Lazorb can be seen as an alternative to Concentrication as they share many similarities. However, Lazorb's much lower damage and not being a targeted orb make it not a direct upgrade. Because of this, Concentrication should still be strongly considered.

- Its name is a portmanteau of the words "concentric" and "concentration".
- The attack animation and orb's design is based on an aiming reticle.
