Bats are a basic enemy that spawns in the forest. They deal 2 damage and have a modest health pool, with only 5 more than a green slime.
Unlike most enemies, they will move 2 spaces every turn - meaning that they will be within attack range of the player in just 3 turns, as well as being immune to blind. When successfully dealing unblocked damage to the player, they will heal for 6 health points.
Strategies[]
- Ball Lightning's effect can help against all flying enemies
- The Orbelisk has a similar effect, though it remains for every upgrade
- Enemy targeting orbs can help the player kill them early on
- The poltorbgeist will still reach them. If one could get a high peg combo on it, then you can easily kill all bats within just a few turns
- Combining a few bomb relics (or hitting several bombs in a turn) can quickly dispatch all on-screen bats
